Private Household Placement​

​

Full-service placements are structured as a percentage of the employee’s annual compensation.

 

Most placements range from $15,000–$30,000+

 

This includes a highly personalized placement process and optional advisory support to ensure long-term alignment and success within the home.

Initial Consultation & Search Engagement

​

To begin the process, we require an initial consultation and search engagement.

 

A $997 deposit is required to initiate your search, which is applied toward the total placement fee.

 

This allows us to:

• understand your household in detail

• define the role correctly from the start

• begin the search process with clarity and structure

Private Advisory

​

For families who are not yet ready for full placement, or who want strategic guidance, we offer private advisory sessions.

 

60-minute advisory sessions: $597

 

These sessions are designed to:

• evaluate your current household structure

• identify areas of misalignment

• provide a clear path forward

Ongoing Advisory Support

​

For families seeking continued guidance, we offer ongoing advisory retainers.

These are structured based on the level of support required and may include:
