We take our pre-screening processes seriously. Each candidate is required to pass a multi-step process to be considered for representation. Our recruiters are highly skilled and trained to rigorously source high-quality candidates who exude magnetic charisma and expertise.
Training/Coaching
Each contracted nanny will have a training/coaching session before their placement and another coaching session within the first 30 days of signing a contract with a family. These sessions will focus on mentally preparing candidates, training with up to date industry standards and guiding them with the latest tech savvy resources.

Placement Fees
Prosperity Nannies & Lifestyle Mgmt referral fees:

$500 engagement fee is required to begin your search, the remaining placement fee due when your nanny accepts the job offer.

22% for Part-time & Full-time Nanny referral (based on the gross annual compensation for the first year).

30% for Temporary Nanny referral (based on the total gross compensation.)
-
30% for Travel Nanny referral (based on the total gross compensation.)
If a candidate referred by the agency accepts employment with the client, but during the first three months (90) days of such employment the candidate or the client terminates employment with or without cause, the agency will replace that candidate one time without additional charge.
